2.Color Card
Most wedding dresses in our shop can be customized in color. If you want to customize special color wedding dress, please choose the color number you want to tell us before you place the order.
3. Shipping Method
Dresses will be sent by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, China Post etc Shipping time: 4-10 days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. Before shipment, we will conduct a thorough examination to ensure there are no problems. However, if you receive the goods and find any issues, please contact us, and we will help you resolve them properly.
4.Return Policy
Almost all products can be returned except custom-made ones. Please ensure the dress is brand new with original tags and labels intact. Contact us before sending the dress back, and we will provide you with the return details. If you find the dress in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear photos within 3 working days since you receive the dress. You can return and refund or change the dress.
If there is an obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defective surface, please send us clear photos within 3 working days from the receipt of the dress. You can return and refund or exchange the dress.
The product must be unworn and in its original condition, even after being tried on for fit and size.
The product cannot be refunded if it has been worn, perf, altered, or without the original brand and labels.
